The raised area in the center gives you a secure, slip-resistant grip, even when wet. The softer versions make great squeegees because their firm texture delivers pressure to the point-of-contact while their special material prevents scratching. Ideal for bumping edges, and use during shrinking because of their high heat resistant material.
